Kim and Joe live right here in the community and take pride in making Snowbirds Landing a wonderful place to call home. They take care of the property and day-to-day maintenance, so there's always a familiar face nearby, when something needs attention.

They also organize our parties and get-togethers and love bringing neighbors together, Whether they're fixing something, planning the next gathering, or simply stopping to chat, Kim and Joe are a big part of what makes Snowbirds Laning feel like home.
